Dispatch and Shipping Policy
Please note that order processing time and shipping times are separate. Orders can take up to 5 to 7 days to process and shipping is dependant on Royal Mail but tends to range between 1-2 days.
All standard orders are made to demand and processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you require a speedy processing time you can select it at checkout to ensure you product is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
In the case of an increase of processing time due to either a large quantity or orders or a limitation on stock you will be contacted.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Lawrence Hill, Bristol. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 7 business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
